The Model 042-591 Mobile Radiation Shield provides excellent body protection while also offering a wide field of view. The 61 x 76 cm (24 x 30 in.) window is made of clear lead acrylic (0.5 mm lead equivalent), which provides durable, shatter resistant protection and an optically clear view. The opaque section of the shield is made of highly durable phenolic material (0.8 mm lead equivalent), and the frame is constructed from durable stainless steel with a brushed finish. The shield is mounted on medical grade casters with foot operated locks making it easy to both move and lock into the desired position. Constructed with quality and durable materials, the shield will maintain its “like-new” appearance for many years.
